On Horizon there were two main problems with the way the shaft were connected to the transmission flange. The first problem showed itself early, whilst the second only became apparent the first time we had to remove the shaft.
Problem #1: The shaft coupler bolts (x4) worked themselves loose repeatedly. In addition, the bolts are very hard to tighten in the limited space.
Problem #2: The stock coupler was almost impossible to remove from the shaft.
